The breakfast buffet area is small, but so special and sweetly presented with all you need for a boutique breakfast. It is not overly crowded, and adjacent to a very lovely outdoor rear garden courtyard, which you can use to sit with a drink, snacks or coffee. The location to Frankfurt train station is excellent, walking distance. The reception/check-in area doubles as a bar which is a quirky and welcoming suggestion! The Hotel Team are excellent, I felt really welcomed and they are so helpful for a new person to the city, they will do as much as they can for you. The property is clean, freshly decorated with a lot of white and cool design.

Very convenient location a short walk from the north entrance of HBF station, and a few tram routes even closer than that. Sauna available 24/7. Breakfast had a very good range of options. And we were offered a welcome drink on arrival. We'd definitely stay here again.

Warm staff at reception at all times. Cosy sauna downstairs. Apples and candies at reception with welcome drink. Fine mattresses. Handy fridge. Shampoo was of good quality. No noise from other rooms. Proximity to supermarket and shops. Luggage was kept before and after check-in. All fine apart from the 2 bathroom issues we faced and the missing chair or stool in the room.

Central location close to the main station with pub/restaurants hanged-out from tourists in the surrounding area. Comfortable with sauna and fitness area. Kind staff. Clean. Good ratio value/price. I have read some other not good reviews about the surrounding area. In my opinion that is safe, well that is not the downtown, but I think you can walk safely. Close to the station there is a district with sad people, but is some hundred meters far away.

I loved the white style of the hotel. Also the view from the window with the skyscrapers on the left was very nice. Beds were really soft and comfy. I loved that my room had a bathtub that I enjoyed after a long day ;) Breakfast was also very nice and fulfilling, great in choice ;) Also the location was really comfortable for me as I was travelling by train and it was fast and easy to then get on foot from the railway station to the hotel and back ;)

Its an unreal place... in about 5 min walking from busy and crowded Frankfurt hbf. you appear nearly in paradise. This is a small hotel not having lines in reception, loud visitors in the lobby, having people willing to help you, and finally proposing a great breakfast. Not to forget late check out possibility (noon or so) as well as early breakfast time, starting from 6:30 am.

The room was tidy and just what we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central in the city, with many things in walking distance. The value for money was very much given.

This place was an amazing value! A free welcome drink upon arrival (or later: beer, wine, Prosecco or soda). There’s a small fitness room and awesome Finnish sauna. The bed is comfortable and includes several pillows. Breakfast was divine. It was super close to the train station making it a great stay for a pre or post travel day.

Christian, the reception staff, was especially friendly and welcoming when i checked in. He was helpful with providing a kettle when i asked for one. The location is pretty convenient, being near the main train station.
